Love vs Friendship

Although everybody knows the different between 'LOVE' and 'FRIENDSHIP' but sometime we can't deny that friendship can lead to love. Is it a positive relation?

base on the researches, more people tend to be lovers which was developed by the friendship. Most of them saying that they can understand their relationship even better and act accordingly base on their partner's preference. What do u think?
